It's Party Time!
We at Backstage Academy would love to help celebrate your birthday! All of our parties are designed to fit your specifications and party needs. You select an atmosphere and we help to create that world. From the littlest princess to a sweet teen, we know how to cater to kids. Our facilities and staff are bright, cheerful and friendly. Every party includes plenty of music, movement, games, and fun and created especially to meet the needs of each child.

Birthday parties are for children ages 5 thru 13 and are designed to fit each age group.
Parties are held on Saturdays after 5pm and Sundays and time for 1 1/2 up to 2 hours.
introductions and themed games, food/cake/gifts, choreography and dance games.
*every Party can add Party Creation to thier special day*
A themed related arts project that is done with every child who attends the party. Each child will be able to keep thier party creation. An extra fee of $10 per child is to be added to any party option.
Option 1: A 1 and 1/2 hour party for $175 where our teacher will teach and will assist with food and cake.
Option 2: A 2 hour party for $225 where our teacher will teach and will assist with food and cake.
Option 3: A 2 and 1/2 hour party for $275 where our teacher will teach and will assist with food and cake.
*Parties must be paid for by cash or check - we do not accept credit or debit cards for parties
Other important details
Parties can have up to 12 kids. Please add $8.00 per child if your guest list exceeds 12 participants.
A final guest count is due 1 week prior to your party
Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early to go over party details with your party consultant.
Balance must be paid prior to the start of your party.
if you go over your scheduled party time you will be charged for a full extra hour.
We Provide:; Use of studios, Dance instructor, assistant, table and benches
we decortate with basic streamers and party signs (if you want themed deocoration you must provide them)
You Provide: Party goods (table cloth napkins paper goods),food, cake, beverages, and any decorations
(please drop off the day before party)
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due the day the contract is signed. Balance is paid prior to the start of your party
Once the date is set, party date cannot be changed. Sorry, no refrigerators or coolers are supplied.
Parties Must be paid for via cash or check NO credit or debit accepted
Please come weeks in advance to discuss your event. Our staff member will help plan your party to the last detail. We will then discuss the theme you choose and the option you prefer. Once we have settled on what you would like, the contract and the deposit will be accepted and you can send out your party invitations.
The week of the event, we ask that you drop off all your party supplies. Our wonderful staff will have your party all set up by the time you and your guests arrive. We ask that you please try to arrive 20 minutes early to go over last minute details. Our party staff will meet you and be available to assist you.
